Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Michael G Morgan, LLC, operating as Dallas Kitchen and Bath (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

Michael G Morgan, LLC provides new home construction and home renovation services, with a specialization in kitchens and bathrooms. All services rendered are subject to a separate, formal contract signed between the Company and the Client, which will govern the scope, terms, payment, and responsibilities of both parties.

We offer consultations and detailed estimates or quotes prior to starting any project. Projects begin upon signature of a formal contract and receipt of the agreed-upon deposit. All terms, including cancellation, payment schedules, and deliverables, are governed by the signed contract and not these general Terms.

We may use subcontractors and third-party vendors to complete specialized portions of your project. Specific roles, responsibilities, and liabilities related to subcontractors are addressed in the main service contract.

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a one-year labor warranty beginning from the project completion date. Warranty coverage specifics and exclusions are fully detailed in your signed service contract.

All renderings, designs, plans, photographs, and branded materials provided or created by Michael G Morgan, LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of these materials for commercial or promotional purposes without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in or near Rockwall County, Texas.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the signed service agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.
